Martini Cocktail

CUCUMBER MARTINI WITH ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR

When I was working at Mirbeau Inn & Spa, a guest asked if I could get her husband a cucumber martini. As someone who doesn’t like cucumbers very much, I smiled and thought to myself, “Yuck!”. After privately sharing this with Jordyn (the bartender), she gave me a small sample of the cocktail, and much to my surprise, I absolutely LOVED it. Ever since then, it is a warm-weather favorite drink.
Jordyn shared her recipe with me on a little piece of notepaper yet I did a little online research and found a very similar recipe in a larger (more social) quantity that I’m sharing here. It is from the website Acadiana Table. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
